How do I change my child’s diet from pap-only to family food?

As is the case when introducing weaning foods – step by step. Change according to your child’s development: for most family foods it is important that your child can already chew well enough.

For example, offer a piece of bread made of finely ground wholemeal flour 3 days a week in the mornings or evenings, and feed pap on the other days. This way, you can introduce small amounts of solid food at each meal and increase the amount bit by bit. HiPP products for children aged 1 – 3 are ideal for this transitional period.
